SO my emotional IQ is 118, and the test qualitative result was pretty fair and accurate overall. ---According to your self-report answers, your emotional intelligence is satisfactory. People who score like you do feel that their ability to understand and deal with their own emotions and those of others is acceptable but could still use some improvement. Emotionally intelligent people have an easy time overcoming difficulties in their lives and they are generally able to control their moods. It's easy for them to motivate themselves to overcome obstacles and reach their goals. In addition, they find social interactions to be quite easy and fulfilling, for several reasons. They are comfortable allowing themselves to get close with others, and feel comfortable being vulnerable enough to establish intimacy. They also report having an easy time offering support to others; likely due to an empathetic nature and a clear mind when it comes to offering good advice. Perhaps by working on your problem areas, you can become more confident in dealing with your own emotions and those of others--
Summing this up, its pretty much saying i have a sturdy way of dealing with my emotions
However something that could be a 'weak' point is that i could be indenial about my own emotions, kind of like the saying, i give advice but never take my own. Emotion, for me, is what someone feels about, or towards, something or someone. Some people can both talk about their emotions and talk about other peoples emotions, and some people are unable to do both. In my case, im able to speak about my emotion, and other people's emotions, but it depends on what the situation is. For example, the location, the timing, and who im talking to, i would just go ahead and talk about my feelings to someone i just met on the first day of school, but rather someone who is pretty close to me, which doesn't mean that they have to be my family.
